Change in Directors / Address:

Corporate Registry demands that it be kept up to date with any and all changes.   We can assist with keeping your company up to date both with Corporate Registry and your Minute Book.

Service Address-- is very important as this is the "official" address of the company where all important notices, documents, lawsuits, etc., can be served upon the company.  This needs to be kept up to date.

Change in Directors-- again, we can assist you with adding, deleting or making changes to any directors of your company.
