Alberta Corporations are incorporated pursuant to the laws of Alberta. However, sometimes one wishes to extend their businesses to other provinces. This can be done easily enough, however, it is almost akin to incorporating again, but in another province. For example: if you wish to transact business and be incorporated in British Columbia, we can assist you with that, but you must establish a registered office in British Columbia and we have worked with lawfirms in both BC and Saskatchewan to do this. Most of the same rules apply regarding an annual return update.
