Name Change:

Numbered company -- sometimes one is in a hurry to incorporate and do not yet have a "name" that they want to use.  Corporate registry will just assign a number to a new company.  For example: it will be incorporated as 1234567 Alberta Ltd., and then you are good to go.  However, at some point you may wish to change the name to something more appropriate.

Name Change -- will require a Nuans name search to ensure that the name you choose is not already being used.  There is a cost for this and you can do the search through us or at any registries office.   Once you have the name without a conflict, then we can assist you to have the name of your numbered company officially changed to the new name.
